No property is exactly the same and our fees will reflect the particular requirements of your sale, purchase, refinance or other property matter. Because of this, an accurate estimate of the costs of us acting for you can only be provided once we have all the details of your intended transaction.

As an indication, our costs start from approximately £1,250 +VAT and vary upwards depending on the complexity and circumstances of each matter, including whether the property is leasehold or freehold.

Following a discussion of your individual circumstances and receipt of your instructions, we will provide you with a written estimate to carry out the work.
